At TOM, the Pre-Sales Engineer is the interface between the customer and the other departments for technical exchanges.

I held this position for 05 years and I am now attached to the Pre-Sales and Innovation Team Leader within the Commercial Department.

My main mission is to provide technical assistance to the Account Managers throughout the negotiation of contracts and to support the Geomarketing Analysis Managers in their activities. I am passionate about new technologies. Thus, defining several TOM opportunities in relation to customer needs (operator, internet and audiovisual service provider) allowed me to meet many challenges.

Currently, we are focusing on innovative solutions in order to maintain the first place in the market of telecommunications towers in Madagascar. I am very proud to have participated in several TOM projects because it allowed me to take more responsibility and better understand my collaborators, like the quote from Henry Ford, who says: “If everyone moves forward together, success will come by itself. “.
